Knowing that our office has TCi with the background and understanding of our office to provide the support we need and having that feeling of security. The support staff is great and they work really hard.  They are very knowledgeable and keep themselves up to date with all new issues.  They make an effort to reach out and are available when you need them to be at short notice.
